I don't know of anyone making a hitch just for the front. But if you check your width, and use a fitment chart like Weaver Distributing (from Fredericksburg, PA) has on their website you should be able to match something up. Look under "hitch and wiring fit list" on their site home page. They list various manufacturers. You can also contact them at info@weaverd.com. I've bought several hitches from them over the years. The last one to fit the front of my 2000 Suburban to mount my snow plow. Let us know how you make out.

'92 is getting pretty old to find something as nichy as a front receiver, but they have been made. I had hitch shops install off-the-shelf front receivers on a couple of trucks over the years.

Draw-Tite from Autozone. I just put one on my '93 E150. I first tried a Curt off Amazon but the one they sent me was defective.
The model they sell doesn't fit well. Read reviews about Curt on Amazon.
The Draw-Tite hitch fits better and the A-Zone price was lower than Amazon's.
