99 F250 SD shorty headers
I was looking for a set of bolt in headers for my 99 SD with a 5.4. I’m getting ready to replace the exhaust from the manifolds back. Either shorty or long tube, either way. Something that is a direct bolt on. I wasn’t sure if all the PI 5.4s and 4.6s used the same manifold so any shorty would work? Any info would be appreciated. Thank you !

I'm replacing my manifolds right now on my '99 5.4 and really looked at headers. The only ones I could find that seemed like they would work properly were some Gibson shorties. Ultimately, I decided they were to expensive for the none to marginal performance difference it would make and went with some stock style cast iron manifolds and ARP studs.
