Yep clean up continues today....hey at least the sun is shining. Still no power yet but hopefully today. Fingers crossed. Couple quick pics. Winds were clocked at over 100mph I guess.
That must have been a kind of scary for a while and loud with that wind. Looks like a new shingle roof is needed. Thankfully you guys weren't hurt. Hopefully the insurance covers everything

That is a big pile of wood with some pretty big diameter logs. You must be feeling that exercise now.

Well we have the house and yard pretty well cleaned up now. Waiting on the insurance adjuster to come out now. Today we tackle a different problem. Get the pontoon and lift flipped back over.
This guy is beat. I need a few more hours of sleep. Thanks to Jay and Chris for all your help. Things went pretty smooth. Got the motor fired up yesterday too! She's almost ready to cruise the lake again!
Howdy guys! Busy Monday for me today. Yes much thanks to Jay and Chris for the help yesterday on getting the toon uprighted. Should have it back on the water Memorial weekend!

Good deal! Hopefully all is okay with it. Was the engine in the water?

Like Jay said, it was submerged. Started up pretty good. Just got all the water out of the cylinders and after a few cranks she started to fire. Then we had to pull the plugs and dry them one more time but then she took off and ran fine.
Yes Jim, she was floating upside down for nearly three days! Got it flipped back over, hauled to Troy's place. We hooked up a battery, pulled plugs, blew the water out and fired it up. We ran it for a few mins. and Troy is gonna start it up periodically the next couple days just to make sure nothing seizes up. It's crazy to think that after all that its running and will be back to cruising Memorial!! Needs some minor things but still floats and runs!
