Well not good. Get this......it was an aduster for another insurance company that called me. He managed to dial my number by mistake and never verified who I was till he drove all the way to my place then gets here and is like I can't find your name in my system. Wasted two hours out of my day waiting for the dumb a$$ to find out he isn't from my insurance company. Ugh..........

Haha....no he didn't. I'm not worried about the response time for my current insurance company. This storm covered such a huge area they are swamped. I am actually suppose to meet the adjuster Memorial day morning at 10 so if they are willing to over a long holday weekend I am ok with that.
