2022 Fuse block

I need to tap into the fuse block located in the passenger side foot well. I found the fuse block but how can I utilize one of the spare openings?

If the spare slot doesn't have prongs that are powered, you can't. Get a fuse tap

And those fuses are incredibly tiny. I bought a tap assortment kit from Amazon and none of them fit, all too big.
Take the fuse you want to tap to an auto parts store and get the tap and extra fuse that fits. Costs a little more, but I learned that lesson.
