1970 F600 Question/help
New to the group. I apologize in advance if I am not in the correct area.
Looking to decode my vin; F61CEG56079
Also, I would love to convert to power steering. Does anyone have the parts needed and willing to sell or could guide me to where I could buy them?

F61 = F600 gas 4x2
C = 330 2V MD FT gas V8. (small diameter crank snout and distributor drive)
E = Mahwah assembly plant
G56079 = 1970 numerical series
This is another member who was trying to add power steering. Post 3 will show you all the parts involved. It is quite an undertaking to convert. Some parts can be found as NOS or rebuilt, but much of it is scrap yard recovery.
