To get the same amount of drop in the front you will probably have to go with a drop front axle along with the springs.
Ride height with the posie's & Mid-fifty shackles. My truck has a chevy chevelle front frame clip.

Would this 3" drop springs get me what I need to match the rear:

Or do I need those + a drop axel?
What size tires and rims are you running?

For the front I THINK you will need a drop axle also.
Mid-fifty has a section in their catalog and also on the website that tells you what to do to get a certain amount of drop. If you have any questions, call them, they are very helpful.
And then there is the centering of the front wheels in the wheel opening. From the factory the front wheels sit back about an 1 1/2" from the center of the wheel opening. Mid-fifty sells springs that moves the axle forward but you will need the longer steering arm that they sell also. And you probably should replace the stock tie rod with the heavy duty one they sell while you're at it... its only money

Fronts are 225/55-17.....rears are 235/55-17.
