I can't decide what color to paint my water pump. Black or blue, blue or black, black then blue, or blue then back! These questions haunt me! Any feedback on this guys?
my engine is old ford blue my gallery has photos, i painted my waterpump old ford blue, now i want to change it to black. with all the chrome i added since the picture i seem to have too much blue, you need a break in there to set the blue off better, so paint it black
Damn, this is such a close debate. I've had the same amount of people say black as they do blue. I wish I didn't have to paint it at all. The bare steel gun-metal-color looks cool.
it is looking better now, chrome valve covers, chrome breathers, chrome coil, chrome alternator brackets and lowered, chrome oil cap, chrome thermastat water pipe, chrome radiator cap, repainted alot, painted the brake booster and cylinder, hid all the wires only ones you see are the spark plug wires, and a few other things. about done for the year, i got to polish it all up and take one more picture to post on my gallery before the snow flies oh and thanks for the flowers
i got to get them taken, nephew borrowed my digital camara to go on vacation he returned it with a dead battery. tommorow i get a picture hopefully if it dont rain

Hey Like M, somebody took your coil wire.
Barry
I have a Jacobs ignition system on it. The coil for it is on the fender (note the five plug wires crossing the valve cover). Like most aftermarket electronics these days, I don't trust the Jacobs, so I left the original coil ready to go. Got the coil wire in the glove box.
gtex everytime i see those pictures the dollar signs roll and my wallet sighs, i plan on doing what you did before my son inheirets my truck, i told him when he was 16 he could have it, i got 8 more years to get done and i think i will need all of it to stay up with yours lol. looking good for sure.
