Windshield Wiper Pivot Arm Torque Specs

I'm wondering if anyone happens to know the torque specs for the pivot arm bolts? I was in the process of replacing the gaskets and I managed to break the part that attaches to the firewall

I hate to hear that CB, I just did the gaskets on mine as well to fix the leaks. I used a 3/8" ratchet with 6" extension and went with one hand until snug. The "little voice" in my head said that was good enough. I applied RTV to the gaskets too so I hopefully never revisit that episode again.

I just looked through my Ford Shop Manuals are it just says to install the gaskets and retaining bolts. Nothing about torque values. Very strange since these are cast aluminum pieces?
