I’m looking to install some aftermarket gauges under the dash. I just bought autometer 2391 volt, oil pressure, and temp gauge.
I want to give it 12v power with the key on. I know I can hook into the radio wire. Is there any way I can put in a power distribution block like this that I can power and ground other things from in the future without going back into my wiring?
I know aftermarket gauges are pretty common for people with idiot lights so if anyone could tell me what some common solutions are I’d appreciate it! Thanks!
Of course you can use the bus bars you posted above. Or a fuse block mounted on the inner fenders. Have you done the 3G alternator swap? IF not, you may want to before adding many power using devices. You can find the directions in:
