So no, you don’t need the friction modifier. Just 3.6 quarts of 75W140. Also, the bottom right bolt is the drain bolt. But before you drain it make sure you can remove your fill plug first. I just did mine about a week ago.
This is answered but I noticed something poking around under mine when I too was trying to figure this out: The cover says FoMoCo on it. but if look just to the left (if you're at the rear of the truck and looking forward, the driver side shock mount is stamped with "DANA" as well, maybe this will help someone:
