1961 F600 decode help
The VIN tells a little, the warranty plate tells a little more.
F60 = F600
C = 292 2V MD Y-block gas V8, 135 net HP @ 3800 RPM
G = Chicago assembly plant
150516 = 1961 serial number, March 1961 production
156 = 156 inch wheelbase
J = Red
F602 = F600, 19,500 lbs GVWR
F = Warner model T98A four speed transmission, synchronized in 2-3-4.
F2 = Eaton model 13800 or 13802 Two Speed Rear Axle / 5.83/8.11 / 14,000 or 15,000 lb. Rear Axle Capacity.
No front axle code. Usually indicates "standard" front axle, probably a Ford without power steering, 4500 lbs capacity.
19500 = 19,500 lbs GVWR
146 3800 = 146 certified net HP @ 3800 RPM
No DSO. Unsure why that would be....where was it sold?
Check your wheels....
