Receiver hitch
I couldn't find any other threads addressing this so I'll post it here. Which factory receiver hitches would bolt up to a 1991 Ranger? I'm thinking of grabbing one off a newer ranger or maybe an explorer. I appreciate any suggestions.

frames may have chamged a little in 92 on. Go to the yard of choice ask to pull and try to fit. I have done this and most will be ok. Or just measure the with of frame rails and then compare to a vehicle but it seems most ford small truck should fit.

The rear of the frame did not change from 83-97. !998 models added a crank up spare tire feature, but the width of the frame rails did not change. Like Hank said, check local wrecking yards..and you can hold one up to insure aa proper fit. Factory hitches were Draw-Tite brand.
