Readings

Trucks idles rough and stalls when braking or sometimes in drive way truck recently had studs done bed plate re seal valve cover re sealed front cover sealed new lifters a fass fuel system two new heads glow plugs and harness oil pan and new IPR the readings I’m getting look off especially the IPR and EBP suddenly turbo doesn’t spoolS

The 2 number circled don't make sense to me, in that that % IPR doesn't match the ICP.

At that ICP the IPR should be closer to 24%
