Idle hours
I’m new to diesel trucks,
just recently bought a 2016 f350 srw with 135700 miles. Was wondering if 4801 engine hours and 1321 idle hours was high? And how long will a dpf last before I need to delete. Or should I delete the egr,dpf and def now?

I would call that very low engine hours.
As for a delete. Really only reason to delete is cause you like the sound. Dpf will go without a problem to at least 250k, although at somepoint it might throw a code for the def tank heater.
6.7L dpfs are extremely trouble free and reliable compared to any other brand IMO
