I’m so happy how this came out. PMF 1.5 level, Adjustable track bar, Bilstein shocks and caster shims. BFG KO2’s on XD842’s 20x9 +18. Some before and after pics
Looks good but you might want to get some bushwhacker flares on that truck. Those tires throw rocks like you wouldn't believe and with them sticking out past the fender you will end up with alot of chipped up paint.
Thanks. I was thinking that might be next. I knew they would stick out but didn’t realize it would be that much.
just do paint protection film. Flares ruin the paint. Dirt gets behind them and it puts a scratch ring around the fender. Once the flares go on, they must stay permanently.
Looks good. That tire size looks good on a 1.5 level.
Yeah I wouldn’t run those tires though if you have to travel or park on any gravel less than 1”. We have a driveway gravel around here called blackstar thats under 1” and pointy/course and if you have anything like that it definitely picks them up. Just parking in my 20 ft driveway and I would be shooting those things for several blocks leaving home getting up onto the freeway for a mile or so. That was on a basic daily work truck I had so didnt care to much but didn’t like tossing those rocks getting up on the freeway.
As mentioned I would do the PPF but if the truck has any chips in it then you would need to repaint those areas first or bondo fill and touchup which is difficult. I would do the rockers, behind the front tires, and in front and behind the rear wheel arch. If you are OCD I would also do the complete hood, complete front fenders, mirror caps, door edges, and door handles.

This is perfection. Just enough added height to clear the tires and those wheels look GOOD.
Today, you win the internet.
edit to add: is it a trick of the light? In some pics the wheels look dark but up close not so much. Almost like they have a grain to them. Wonder how they would look against a gray truck...

Reason: question
I think that looks really good! Did you go with the PMF track bar as well? I need to do this to mine as it does not look good in the front. And being a longbed mine really looks like a sled!
Yes, Adjustable trackbar. I've read many stories about the front end getting off center with lifts so I wanted to get the adjustable to make sure I kept it centered.
