Tab on Radiator Core Support (?)

Tab on Radiator Core Support (?)
I'm replacing my rusted radiator core support. (1994 F150 4.9L L6 MT) Stapled to it is an aluminum tab with 2 mysterious ID sequences:
665 B43238 EG
F15 33 4 05 24
My valve cover sticker was removed so I have no idea what it originally had on it. I've searched on the internet and found nothing.

There are things called "body tags" that are all over the truck stapled to various areas.
Used during manufacture when more info was needed than paint daubs & chalk marks could provide.
