Edge cts 2 heasdache
New to the site. There's probably a post about this somewhere. So I got a edge cts2 monitor about 6 months ago. It always seemed to work fine. About a month ago when we had a really cold day up here in the u p. The screen stopped working as far as it would turn on and you could touch the screen it would make a beep sound and that's all it would do it wouldn't enter any of the chosen options so I'm trying to take it apart repair the screen myself but I'm unsure if you supposed to take the screen out of its case which is inside of the edge monitor. I've heard to repair it you can pinch it after you heat it up, any help with this would be greatly appreciated

Edge has a way to update firmware on these. Typically you plug into a computer via a USB cable and load their update software. I've been doing that with my CTS3 as they keep introducing bugs in the firmware. Current release seems to finally be working properly.
