updating the edge evo

i just talked to tech. support at edge and they told me they are having trouble with their newest download,when you click on the download button nothing happens they said it should be fixed in a couple of days thought i would just let others know thanks

i just got an email from edge and they said it might be next week before its fixed because there is a sema show somewhere and they are shorthanded

I tried updating mine yesterday and it stopped about half way through. Now it does nothing and says the software says it can't recognize the Evolution version.

Edge Evo

It looks like their website is back up. I called, and after about 10 minutes of being on hold I was told to go into the Lightning software, select utilities, click "restore evolution", then enter a key number. It seems like everything is working now.
EXCELLENT SUPPORT!
