Imagine hauling and towing with a Toyota T100.

Get out of there for a few days. Leave town. Go somewhere cooler. Come to SF, where we have a beach, and cool ocean breeze.

Amazon delivered my package to the wrong house today. The delivery tracking included a photo - of the package at the wrong house. I contacted them. The customer service person asked if I was sure. Yes. I'm sure. That's not my house. I don't live there. I had 2 packages. One made it to my house. The other package went to another house. Photos of both. Different houses.

Yes. Warm today (Wednesday), hot tomorrow (Thursday), then back to warm on Friday. Weather guessers said it will be cooler for the weekend.

Heading up to Moccasin Point above Lake Don Pedro for the annual guys camping trip this weekend. The weather should be great. My buddy has about 400 acres overlooking the lake. There's roads and trails all over the property, so bringing the Husqvarna FE501S. It's a great weekend to open carry, shoot, BBQ, and drink- not necessarily in that order.

I just got back from SF today (Wednesday) back in El Dorado but if SF will be 90+ tomorrow then El Dorado should be higher!

So I am not the only one to have delivery problems from Amazon. Makes me feel better knowing they are not just picking on me. LOL

Amazon refunded the entire order. Including the item that did get delivered to my house. So that item, I got for free.

Weirdest thing is Amazon's pricing matrix. The same thing that got delivered to the wrong address, was suddenly reduced in price, then the price increased dramatically. It's nothing high tech. Actually, it's quite low tech, and I think it should cost less. But for whatever reason, they cost a lot more. It's just a hybrid afro pick and carpenter's level. In my mind, it should be something sold at a Ninety Nine Cents store, or $1.50 Tree.

Twenty-five dollars for a comb. interesting.
The Dollar Tree around here are now at $1.25. Wonder when the name change goes into effect?
Today I celebrated my 46th anniversary of my 18th birthday. Don't feel any different.

Over The Holidays, my cousin from Stockton gave me this plant. It was Winter, and the plant had flowers. Weird. I didn't ask. She didn't tell me. Just, "here, take this". Over the course of the Winter, the plant's flowers became some sort of fruit. What kind of plant grows fruit in the Winter? I got Pepino. I finally harvested. Made a steak salad with it. At midnight, I got my carbohydrate craving. I needed 3 slices of bread with peanut butter and jelly. No low carb diet for me. Even if it means that I get to eat a big steak for dinner.

I hear ya. A couple of weeks ago I decided to treat ourselves to a couple of steaks. Two steaks came to $50. Ouch!

Our forecast dropped one degree from 95 to 94. Still way too hot for April.
I would love to buy a steak since I have not had one in a long time. However, I can buy a week's worth of chicken pot pies for what one pound of steak will cost me. Or even a bag of chicken nuggets.
