98 Expedition 5.4
I just bought a 98 Expedition Eddie Bauer with a 5.4. It has a miss and then when it gets warm it seems as though I lose a second cylinder also. Any ideas guys ? Thx Dave

Any DTC codes from the OBDII ? Any evidence of coolant leak around that #1 cylinder area ? The intake manifold gasket was prone to leaking between the crossover and the #1 intake port on the early 5.4 . It started with a light miss, then got worse as coolant pressure built up as the motor warmed up. Are you losing any coolant ? Any evidence of coolant on the #1 sparkplug ?
