I ordered a F 250 Lariat on 2/22/2022. Options are, Lariat Ultimate Package, 6.7 Powerstroke, 4x4, 3.73 Electronic Locking Axle, Black Appearance, Upfitter switches, and Cab Lights. Dealer said to look for delivery around 6/1/2022. I received the order confirmation from Ford on 2/25/2022. Haven’t heard anything since. Any insight if 6/1/2022 delivery is feasible?

Call your dealer and ask them to check the vehicle visibility report, that is the Ford internal order tracker.
Bottom line is that no one can give you a concrete answer. Read through the hundreds of posts on dozens of threads.
There appears to be no reliable indicators. Personally, I wouldn’t bet on a 6/1 delivery for a 2/22 order.
My truck came in 7 1/2 weeks. The exception to the rule for sure. Others who ordered basically the same configuration waited months.
Lariat Ultimate? Probably not, too many chip based modules. XLT models will get built before the LU. I ordered a Platinum, 5th wheel prep, upfitters and rapid heat as the only options. Pulled the 5th wheel prep, but after 2 months and no action, had it put back on. It gets here when it gets here. They say 9 months, maybe get it in 6 months, but highly doubt any sooner. Ordered 2/2/22
I ordered 2/27/22. Dealer quoted me 3-6 months for delivery. I got an email from Ford on 2/27 confirming my order and another on 3/17 letting me know my truck is tentatively scheduled to be built the week of 5/2.
Truck specs: F-350, CC, LB, 4x4, 7.3, 4.30, XL, STX, no cameras or backup assist

Your window sticker usually becomes available 5 to 7 days before the actual build day, but not always. The "built" notification email may not arrive until a day or 2 after its actually complete. Another way you can see when it's actually alive is to download the FordPass app on your phone and register your new truck with the VIN. You won't be able to do anything else with it right away, but once the truck is actually built and has power, it is believed that the modules will populate in the system and a button will appear in your FordPass app to "Activate Vehicle." (Mine did) Since you won't have the truck yet, you can't actually activate it, but it is proof of life. Mine was built on 7/30 and "shipped" on 8/3 with an estimated arrival at the dealer of 8/12 to 8/16.
Hope that helps with your estimations.
Window sticker showed up today. Now lets see how long it takes to complete the build and ship to Texas. MSRP price on sticker is about $3200.00 more than when I ordered. I have paper work from the dealer when I ordered showing the price. Should that price at the time of order not be locked in?

You should be fine. There is automatic price protection on retail orders. It's probably still a good idea to hold onto your paperwork, just in case of some sort of dealer shenanigans. But whatever price was listed on the order form you likely had to sign should still be the same price for you now.
I forgot to mention... the price on the window sticker has been known to change along with whatever proce increases have occurred since the truck was ordered. If you decided not to buy the truck for whatever reason, the window sticker would have a current MSRP for any prospective buyers to pay the dealer more, not including whatever other mark-ups they applied.

Going to take a guess, build date will be 8/24/22. Usually, at least in the past, actual build day is ~14 days after the sent to factory date under the Special Order.

Mine was 9 days... sticker date of 7/21 and built 7/30... Haven't seen it at the dealership yet though.
