I went in to look at my Ford Pass account the other day and it asked me to sign in. Odd since it stayed active for the past few years. I then tried to sign in with no luck. Can't create a new account and all my points are now in the wind. I had almost 35k in points. They are looking to see what happened but at least as far as they said yesterday, Sorry for your luck! They tell me that they cannot see when the account was deleted or where the points went. Once they are gone, they are gone. They are supposedly investigating and escalated it!
I had an issue early on where I had ended up with two accounts, the one I made, and one that the dealer Quick Lane oil change place had added because they couldn't find my account because they had my email wrong.
I talked to the Ford Pass customer service and they deleted the incorrect account and got it all straightened out.

Thanks Ltngdrvr. I'm giving them a few days to see what they find. On a separate note, have you noticed an advantage to the 4X4 valance now that it's been on a couple weeks?

I feel like the taller air dam is helping, especially in headwinds.
Last trip, running against a headwind, was able to stay above 20 MPG, where before it would have been in the 19 or lower range.
But, that's nothing actually measured since we all know how reliable the dash fuel economy readout is.
