I have found a bunch of cheap and easy mods and gadgets that make Super Duty life just a little easier. By all means add your own to the list.
For starters, the OCD Console Organizer. Got mine from Amazon, about $25. You just don't know how bad you need one of these.
And next up are headrest covers, complete with Ford logo. It seems the safety engineers at Ford want your head to touch the headrest. At least mine does. And in the hot southern summer sweat/oil/dirt will stain the headrest over time. But not with these under $15 covers. Amazon has them from several vendors, and they're all the same.
Yes I go get groceries in the big red truck. Also go to Home Depot and travel on long trips. These $15 bag holders keep all sorts of thing in there place, from grocery bags to luggage to baseball hats. Almost anything you don't want winding up in the floor. Just don't admit to your macho buddies you have them. (ooops)
There are several variants to choose from, but these have a bit of webbing material that allow them to be pushed out of the way when not in use
I'm not a cowboy but this wool felt crusher hat serves me well in the rain, but I needed a safe place to keep it since it often wound up under something on the floor. So I got this, beware of the Chinese made knock off.
Made in USA for $14 https://smile.amazon.com/Truck-Cowbo..._bap_d_rp_14_i
Inexpensive, as in $12, tailgate letters, and they have a good mix of other lettering, too, hood, dash board, so on. Easy soapy water style adhesion. Looks real nice like something the factory should have done.
I bought two of the USA made hat holders a couple weeks ago; work great.
Here's an almost free one: cut a couple lengths of pipe insulation and stuff them between the front seats and the console. They keep stuff from falling into that hard to reach area between the seats and the console.
I'm a little surprised at how few people know about the California Car Duster. That red mop looking thing. Does an amazing job removing pollen from the truck in the awful pollen season we have here in the south. Works on glass, too! Gets a truck almost car wash clean. Does an amazing job on my vinyl tri-fold tonneau. The fiber have a waxy coating that gathers dust. My first one lasted 30 years. Amazon has them but so do big box and auto parts store. Slightly over $25 at about $29.
A deluxe wash at the local drive through wash is $25. If I can avoid 2 or 3 washes this spring I'm making money.
Then there is the ordinary horse hair (or imitation, anyway) wood handle brush. These do a quick number on floor mats (as long as they are dry) and make them look pretty good. Real horse hair helps with static issues. Any brand will do but for one like mine about $16

I'll check the handheld CA Car Duster for the interior. I have been using a 2", $2 paint brush on the black dash; can't stand the way it collects dust. The paint brush does a good job.

I keep my Car Duster and floor brush behind my rear seat in my super cab with plenty of room.
The California Duster is,and always will be the ****!Love the wipe down between washings to make it look clean again.I blow mine out periodically to keep it fluffy and clean.
