Clutch Issue

My dad passed away a little over a year ago. I inherited his 1992 F150 Custom 4.9L 5-speed. I just picked it up to find it had a multitude of issues. One of them is the clutch pedal goes to the floor and stays there. There is no resistance in the pedal, no hydraulic pressure. I shifted it into gear and nothing. I checked the linkage where it connects to the master cylinder and it looks fine. I don't see any leaks anywhere. There does appear to be a lot of clutch material when I looked through the inspection hole. No leaks at the slave cylinder. What are your thoughts, new master cylinder, slave cylinder, clutch, or all of the above.

Is there fluid in the reservoir on the Clutch Master Cylinder? I don't see where you say yes, no, or otherwise. If it's a truck that sat, it is entirely possible that it's gone dry. And sadly, if a fill and rebleed doesn't bring it back to life, you're probably dropping the transmission, and might as well plan on doing a clutch anyway.
