Help Identify This Connector

Usually I am pretty good at my search game but I’m coming up short. Had some steering column and alarm installation recently done and noticed this was disconnected and hanging near the drive shaft.

What is this connector.

Looks like the electrical connection for the plug in heater.

This is probably no help since it seems like it wasn't being used, but the block heater plug (120v side) is usually taped up behind the bumper and/or along the frame. If you decide to use it, you can likely find it there and then tuck it behind the grille when you don't want it hanging out.
