Post injector o ring replacement
The truck takes a minute to prime when trying to start after new injector o rings. It has oil and it sounds like it's struggling to idle but it will hold rpm. Only thing I can think of is when I drained the HPOP rails and air allowed the oil to clear the cylinders. Is there a built up pressure somewhere that I didn't release?

Sounds like you still have air in the oil rails. After injector o ring replacement, it takes a while to clear the air from the oil rails. This will make the truck to crank longer before firing off. Once started, take the truck for a good run. It may take 50 miles or so to get all the air out of the oil rails.
