Well, I just seem to draw the ire of others when I post a topic or question so my request was a bit of a reaction this morning. I thought maybe it would be best to just delete my account and move on. But I've had a bit of time and think I'll just not post responses or start threads for a while and just read others' posts. I'm seeing there's a learning curve to what topics trigger others. It's a little weird since we're just here to talk about vehicles, but it is what it is.

If someone decides to no longer be an active member, what do they do? Just stop visiting leave the profile in place? Seems like there would be a way to delete it or something?

Thanks.

If you stop posting the account dies on it's own.

Okay, thanks. Guess I'll have to post an innocuous comment here and there if I decide to keep the account active.

Thanks. Nothing that requires reporting. Just surprised by some of the "passion" behind various responses. It's all good. Now that I know, I'll also be a little less uptight.

It seems like everyone on here can get a bit snippy once in a while me included
No worries
Carry on
I left Vintage Mustang site due to censorship
Some moron did not like my post about the cause of high gas prices and they cut some of my post off
I wrote one more post where the moderator could go f himself and left it at that
A year later I am still getting updates in my inbox
Going to list them as spam next

No I did not know that
I would have to go back on the Vintage Mustang forum to set my user preferences then?
Thanks

Yes, IF that forum is also a forum owned by IB Brands. (I think it is)

Wow, I just went through the threads you've participated in. Those [one fuel] versus [the other fuel] threads really devolve pretty reliably. Yes, I'm not typing specific fuel types out loud on purpose. It looks like there were some good responses in both of those types of threads though, as well as in the other threads you are in. My advice: Public and free forums have these phenomena happen from time to time. Nothing you can do to control it (as long as you don't intentionally start a problem in the first place). In the meantime, enjoy the good advice that happens most of the time.

. . . and an observation: I didn't see anything that you did that was causal to the ensuing "fuel vs. fuel debates" in both threads. The Sharks and the Jets were already there, snapping their fingers rhythmically, glaring at one another, waiting for a subject to come along that they could dance-fight about. If you showed up and said the sky is blue, someone would disagree because they only look up at night . . . then someone else would say that last time they looked up, water got in their eyes so they don't look up any more and believe that the sky it water colored and not blue, and someone else would say [it doesn't matter what color the sky is when you're driving a brick down the road] and etc. etc. etc.
