Front fuel tank issues

I have a 1990 F250 2WD, 460. The front tank shows full on the gauge but there isn't any thing in there. No sound from the pump. The rear tank and pump works fine. Tried locating the relay but can't find it.

Both symptoms point to an open circuit to the front tank. Could be the connector to the fuel delivery module is loose or the path to ground is open. Probably have to drop the tank to figure this one out.
