Has anyone done this or know how it is done? The only bushing I'm finding is from Moog and just looks like a rubber isolator, but without the metal outer sleeve that I'm used to seeing on F-series trucks.

FWIW I've got tons of acetal round stock lying around and I'm a machinist, so just make my own poly bushings as needed...thus why I'm no help.
I have replaced the rubber bushings (on a Tundra) and drove out the metal-encased rubber with an air hammer. The lack of a steel shell with rubber would be, problematic I'd think.
