Check engine light flashing
Lately my check engine light has been flashing while under medium to hard throttle, mostly will climbing a hill. At the same time I'm hearing some spark knock on the drivers side. I'm thinking its a oxygen sensor going bad??? Any other idea's??? I don't frig with EFI too often...I always use cheap gas, but this problem only started recently.

I guess its time to buy a code scanner or find someone with one. Will it set a code if the light is only flashing and not staying on permament? I told my wife that if the EFI ever gives me grief, bye bye EFI and hello Holley and Weiand....LOL

You don't need a code reader for '84-95 Ford EFI - just a paperclip, a pen, and a notepad.
