Folding center console headrest extend?

In my xl 450 the head rest extends. Theres a button there somewhere your missing. I fully removed mine for plowing and salting because the headrest blocked my access to the spreader controls.
Its the same as other headrests.
Get to the bottom of the rods and youll find some sort of button.
