Interesting, can't remember anyone ever asking that question before. All makes were pretty competitive, they didn't want to lose sales to anybody, so pretty much every manufacturer offered the same accesories. 2 items Ford offered that Chevy never offered was the padded dash option and inside door storage zipper pouch. This is a '64 chart, however, the '63 chart would be very similiar.

The top of dash clock was identical except for the base.
The reason I've posted is because of the bed side rails offered in 63. I swear I saw the same or similar mounted on a Ford truck in Virginia.
