Hey everyone, Electrical is not a strong point for me. I have a 2015 F550 and I am getting a B0001-2B and a B1211-2B Air bag code..... I have access on prodemand and it is telling me that " If the RCM detects a short between the driver airbag circuits and the circuits of another SRS component, it sets this DTC and the DTC of the corresponding SRS component."
From what I can tell the B0001-2B runs to the clock spring, to the SRS Mod. and the B1211 ( driver side front seatbelt tensioner) connects to the SRS.....
anyone experience this??? I am under the assumption that its the module... but I could really use some pointers in the right direction.
I haven't seen this. If it were mine, I'd remove a lot of fuses one by one and see which ones makes the code go away. Once you find all of them, you can start tracing wires etc.

Yeah, don't do that. You'll waste a lot of time and probably end up more confused than you are now.
I'll look up the troubleshooting details in the factory service manual.... However, if you have access to Mitchell's ProDemand, you already have access to what should be the same as the Ford data.
Is there any vehicle history including any recent "mods", accidents, or repairs?
