Question Help ID this part?

I was hooking up a charger to the Wife's truck and bent down to grab the extension cord and plug in the charger and find this under the truck, passenger side a foot or so back from the tow hook. It looks brand new - a very thin nitrile o-ring on the shaft and on the "bottom" flat side are markings "15" and "3". I have absolutely no clue what this is, but I do know it hadn't been there long (way too clean) - this is a new spot we parked the truck last Friday. Hey, I don't even know if it is from the F150... Hope someone recognizes it as the fratistat plug or maybe more real...

YES!!! Thank you Eric! We had a rock chip repaired on the superduty a few months ago, which at the time was parked in that exact spot! I gotta learn how to do that image search - good to know pieces aren't randomly falling off the F-150...

Thanks again!
