I found these in a box that i bought at a yard sale can anyone tell me what they are and what the are used for

The first one appears to be a standard ground fault plug and the second appears to be a standard type plug but I'm not sure where you would use a permanent male end .

Kind of hard to tell from the pics. The one outlet is a standard GFIC outlet. The one that looks like a male outlet is used as a charging system on something. Electric cars have something similar behind the gas cap.
