Gas to diesel conversion help!

Hi there I am wanting to convert my 2011 F250 lariat 6.2l gas into a diesel truck. I have a 2002 ford 7.3l diesel motor, wondering if that will work in the F250? Also what other parts I would need / any advice. Thankyou.

Sell or trade for a diesel truck. Sell the 7.3 to someone who needs it.

You will be time and money ahead and will have a functional vehicle in the end.

You need a transmission, the computer that runs the 7.3L, and pretty much all of the wiring in the truck and a way to make it all work. This is a major, major project that will take a very long time and a huge pile of cash to make it work.
