I have several leaks around both of my exhaust manifolds so I plan to pull them and put some gaskets in. The manifolds themselves appear to be in good shape so I don't think I'll have to replace them.
It looks like I still have the factory up pipes and while I don't see any leaks I imagine they will be leaking by the time I bang on them getting the manifold removed. I was looking at these ones on ebay but it doesn't say whether or not they are SS, does anyone know for sure? I messaged the seller but after a few days I have yet to get a response back.
Since I am pulling the manifolds and up-pipes I figure I'll rebuild the oil cooler since I might have some extra space to work with. And I figure I'll rebuild the turbo with the KC balanced assembly at the same time. I don't plan on deleting the EBPV and it doesn't appear to be leaking so I won't rebuild it unless you guys suggest I do. Am I missing anything to do this work, or is there anything else I should address while I'm in here?
If the seller can't answer a simple question to a potential buyer do you really want to buy from them? What's it going to be like if you got to make a warranty claim or have some other issue? Find a different set from someone else there are literally dozens of reasonably priced sets all over the Googleverse. Something that comes to mind while you're talking about up pipes is the downpipe and the fact that it kind of gets in the way. If yours is still factory the only way to get it out of there is to remove the transmission crossmember and work it down and out the bottom. Just something to think about while you're putting together your plan.
The Dorman uppies have 409 SS pipes. Collector is cast iron. I think most if not all uppie kits are the same materials, except for the polished ones which are 304 SS pipes.
A couple more items for your list:
These bolts replace the OE ones that like to walk loose: Turbo housing bolts
The big O ring that seals the compressor housing: O ring
If you will pull the turbo, then you can push the down pipe up, to clear the cross member, and it comes out fairly easily, then you have much better access to the passenger up pipe bolts. Ended up having to cut one of mine, because the bolt head stripped.

So this might be a good time to replace the exhaust system? I was thinking about the MBRP 4". I'm not really sure what I have but my best guess is somebody who can't weld very well cut out the factory muffler and welded in a new one. It rattles on the body occasionally.
Make sure to clean up the manifold where it seals to the uppipes.
I’ve used cheap eBay and Amazon bellowed sets on a couple trucks without issue. Couldn’t tell from the ad you linked what material those are. Normally there’s plenty to chose from. So I’d just pick some you’re comfortable with and go with it. Don’t think that you’ll get a better set by spending $150 instead of $75. They’re likely the same sourced parts.
Be sure to test the baby’s butt fit while turbo is on the bench. We have seen a few cases with dowel pin issues. Easier to deal with on the work bench than in the truck.
