Engine Temperature displayed by Numbers on Information Cluster
I was towing, in high heat on a grade with AC on, a digital displayed of a numbered (ex 195) temperature appeared on the Information Cluster. The number changed increasingly, then it decreased and then it disappeared. There were no messages or warning displays associated with it. I have never have seen this before.
Have any of you experienced this? Is this a new addition to the F250 or as it always been there? There is nothing in the manual. I have at least 30,000 miles of towing with no change in setup, but episode mentioned is the only July trip.
Look forward to any feedback 😀

I'm pretty certain that the 8" gauge cluster will display the transmission temp in a numerical value once it reaches a certain threshold. Normally, you would only see the temp displayed as a "bar style" gauge. The numerical value will be displayed directly above the gauge when it displays.
