Weight Comparison
17-53# if you mean installed in the vehicle.
Engine weight alone does not reflect some other components, such as the intercooler and plumbing.
Also, for some reason, it matters which cab style you are asking about. It may also be effected by a required package to get the 3.5EB.
Below is from Fords 2021 F150 base curb weight chart...I'll only list a few.
regular cab 4x2 141.5 wheelbase, 3.5EB has 30# higher curb weight.
regular cab 4x4 141.5 wheelbase, 3.5EB has 40# higher curb weight.
supercab 4x2 145.4 wheelbase, 3.5EB has 53# higher curb weight.
supercab 4x4 145.4 wheelbase, 3.5EB has 50# higher curb weight.
supercrew 4x2 145.4 wheelbase, 3.5EB has 35# higher curb weight.
supercrew 4x4 145.4 wheelbase, 3.5EB has 36# higher curb weight.
supercrew 4x2 157.2 wheelbase, 3.5EB has 40# higher curb weight.
supercrew 4x4 157.2 wheelbase, 5.0 has 19# higher curb weight....error in the chart? Should it say 3.5EB is 19# heavier?
supercrew 4x2 157.2 wheelbase, 3.5EB has 17# higher curb weight if both trucks have the HDPP...which is interesting.
supercrew 4x4 157.2 wheelbase, 3.5EB has 10# higher curb weight if both trucks have the HDPP...which is interesting.
Attached is one of the charts. If you want to do the math yourself, use the very last column for total curb weight.
I did not include the page for the notes. For normal configurations, use the engines without (notes) next to them.
Note 5 is for Max Trailer Tow Package
Note 6 is for Heavy Duty Payload Package
