The 6.0 has not had the greatest reliability record. When you got a good one, they were great. But they did have a lot of issues. Personally I would skip it in favor of the 6.7L just because of the increase of power and torque. I pull a 30' fifth wheel with mine, and it pulls like a dream. Pulling one the size you are talking about I would definitely go with the 6.7L. And definitely the F350. You're going to need it for that much trailer. Good luck.
