power running boards

power running boards
Hi guys,
i searched on post and doesn't find a responsed to my problems.
My 2010 platinum haved stuck closed power running board on driver side, the passenger side work fine.
it look like motor dead because any sound come from, when i open the door, so to change the motor i have to remove the running board assembly, but don't have access to the 2 lower bolts.
How can i open it with the motor dead?
