Is anyone running a dash cover or are you going commando? If so, what are you using? I had one on my old truck and got used to it being up there. I tend to keep my trucks for a while so I want to end up with unsightly cracks or fading.
Nothing on mine as these newer dashes don't crack as bad as the older ones. If it's parked outside, get the front windshield tinted with the clear tint that blocks UV rays and put up a sunscreen when you can and you won't have any issues.
Commando on my 05. It was 11 years old when I trade it in on my 2016 and was still like new. The 2016 I have now is commando, and no problems and also looks like new. Both trucks are/were outdoors 24/7 365. When my 22 comes in it will go commando as well.

Ordered a sunscreen the first day I got my new truck.
I used to have a dash-mat on my 2000 F250, when I got my 2014, I went commando. I like NOT having the dash mat. Keep the sun shade in the window (everyday!) and you will not have any problems. I don't use any products on my dash or vinyl. Most of that stuff acts like a magnified glass and burns your vinyl or plastic. I just wipe my dash with the same cloth I use to clean the windows (microfiber towel and Spray Away window cleaner).
