I have their coil spacers and have no issues. I’ve seen on here of other people using their products with no issue. Just beware that their customer service is horrible and it takes forever for your order to ship. They “overnighted” me my spacers and then they took 2 days to create the shipping label.
I don't have any parts from them on my Super Duty, but I have a bunch of their parts on my OBS Fords. RSK, adjustable track bar, etc. I haven't had any customer service or shipping issues with them, but I've heard more people than just Rob complain about long wait times and no response to emails.
they drop ship everything that they dont fabricate....so if its something they make...delays are reasonable...but..if its a third part item...you are subject to back logs and such.
and hey dont customize any third party items..even if they say they will and you asked for it.
but for fabricated items...they are among the best.
agreed, they fabricate nice stuff. do they make their own coils? I thought they were ICON coils? if so, they (icon coils) ride pretty nice, 2.5" lift easy on my 17 6.7. almost too high imo.
I have the PMF 1.5" spacer along with their adjustable track bar and caster shims. Ordered my Fox shocks from them as well.
I had no shipping issues and I thought their customer service was great as they spent some time on the phone going over the parts and recommendations with me.
I have about 12,000 miles on the setup and could not be happier.
I have ordered numerous parts from them for two different trucks. I have had no significant shipping or customer service issues with them. I have had a few occasions to reach out to them through email and phone calls, and each time have dealt with Trevor directly. I believe he is the owner. On my current truck I have installed their in-house fabricated 2 1/2" spacers, sway bar drop brackets, adjustable track bar, and dual stabilizer bracket. I also ordered Fox 2.0 shocks from them for the suspension and stabilizers.
PMF's customer service on an order I placed a couple weeks ago was absolutely horrible. They straight up don't give a $#!t. I ended up having to buy a bunch of parts from OneUpOffroad, which turned out for the better, since those parts ended up being better than what PMF described of their parts. The parts I did receive from PMF must have been designed by a drunken idiot. I will never buy anything from them again, and I'd never, ever recommend anyone else to, either.

What was wrong with the parts you received from PMF?

Just poorly designed. It's a rather lengthy explanation, so I'm not going to type that up. Also, by doing so, it might end up helping them to solve some of their issues, and I don't want to do that.
