UPDATE- After going down the rabbit hole, went and got alternator tested. All is good but after throwing it on noticed the ground nut was ****ty. Looking at codes the truck fired with a misfire 2 on both banks. Wiggled the injector harness and pushed the wires going into the connectors in further and BOOM! fired right up. Gonna look for a injector harness. Thank you guys for y'alls help.

also Vacuum pump is acting normal again.

Pushed the wires into the connectors at the injectors, this isnt what caused the truck to die in the first place. This was after everything was put back together and became a new hidden problem. Also the plug wasnt all the way in on the ficim but pushing that in didnt change anything.
