DEF wire harness.

I recently had a check engine light come on For my 2017 f250 so I took it in to the dealer, I had some recalls as well, and they are telling me it’s a bad DEF wire harness part number HC3Z14407A. They quoted me $1,500 to replace it. I looked up the part number and it looks like the part cost is only about $100. I tried to find some information on how to replace this to justify the $1,400 labor charge but couldn’t find anything. Has anybody don’t this repair that can say A how hard is it/could I do it myself , I would say I have decent mechanical ability but am not an expert. or B am I getting ripped off on labor? Thank you in advance. Update apparently they just gave me the part number they were out of stock but they have to replace the heater and tank as well which makes it the $1500 price. Still seems high
