i would love to have a set of the OE ones (HC3Z-99286F56-D), but they seem to be on Global Intergalactic Backorder. (My local store has had my order and my money for two plus months, with no parts in sight.) I like them because they securely latch onto the tailgate and won’t kick out.
Doesn't help but if I were to get some I would also be looking for the OEM ramps for the same reason you stated. I have seen aftermarket ones that also attach to the tailgate but the OEM seemed to be nicer.
They rest on the tailgate lip and each have a strap that is secured to the trailer hitch (or trailer chain attachment point) to keep them from slipping. They work fine and are not too heavy.

I've used Harbor Freight curved. They work fine. I've had a 700lb golf cart on them with no creaking or anything. I'm not a huge HF fan, but they seem fine. Truck is so tall that loading on flat ground is not really an option unless you have really long ramps though.
I managed to get a set of factory ramps and they are very nice for sure. What I really like is that they dont damage the top of the tailgate like many aftermarket ramps do when they dig into the plastic lip. I would try to order a set from your local dealer. My dealer up in canada has a set hanging on the wall.
Very solid. If you want to see them before buying I think this is the same ones that Home Depot tool rentals rent out. I ordered and returned two other sets of ramps before liking these. The other were death traps and flexed so much. I can walk up these pulling a 250lb aerator without concern (other than my ability to pull it up the ramps)
The longer the ramps you can get and deal with the better. The tailgate height on these pickups doesn't make using ramps easy. A hoist that goes in the receiver might be a safer option depending on what your looking to load and unload.
