Make sure motor turns over... You should check out Vice Grip Garage, he does alot of these "make them run again" videos...

Ford pu Since you are in Oklahoma you need to get a hold of Jacob Warner aka Puddin's Fab Shop. He's in Oklahoma also. He has a you tube channel PuddinsFabShop. He might be interested in your truck. He is in Tecumseh, Oklahoma.

That seems like one heck of a good truck. So little rust from the looks of it! Seconded Vice Grip Garage. Derek's pretty entertaining but you can definitely learn something too. The series @Obscure69 linked is one of my favorite. A guy could jerk some tears with the ending too.

First, see if the engine is stuck. Check the oil to make sure it has some, and isn't full of water. After 15 years, I would imagine the carb will need cleaning. The gas tanks are probably really gunked up. After you get clean gas in it, and it fires up and runs, you'll want to go through the brakes before you go anywhere. Before you go far, anything rubber will likely need replacing, meaning hoses of all kinds. If the body is as solid as it looks, it's worth going through everything to make it safe and reliable.

2X. When I buy an old vehicle I like to go through it as far as my wallet will let me. This way there is a known starting point.
