Hi, Hey, I own a 2017 F250 King Ranch long bed with a gas engine. Ever since it was brand new, the GPS stops working when I drive through or near Wheeling WVA. When it does, of course, the route guidance and map goes haywire. It has never done that going anywhere else. It doesn't come back on for the rest of the trip and it takes several restarts after I get back home before the GPS comes back on and functions properly. Has this sort of thing ever happened to any of you? Ideas? Thanks!

Reason: additional info added.
Since you at least occasionally drive thru Wheeling how about an experiment? Presuming you have a smartphone with some data run WAZE or another navigation app thru Wheeling. If both fail then the problem is likely jamming or interference of some kind. In some cities where you have a limited view of the sky you might not receive three satellites (the minimum necessary for lat/long positions without altitude). I want to assume that all GPSs are about as sensitive and resistant to off frequency interference as one another. I've read about truckers jamming their own GPSs but don't know if that is true.
Actually I should have asked first what the symptoms are when it "stops working". If you lose satellite reception that is an interesting symptom. What is it that you can see?
When the GPS turns off I usually turn on my cell phone to set up a route with it . I'll try having it set up along with the Sync III to see if the cell phone goes off too. But, why does the GPS not begin to function after it finally does have a signal? Also, I don't need to have a route programmed in it for it to fail. Last time through there I didn't program anything, but the GPS cut out anyhow. I am planning to get the upgrade from Ford soon, it's overdue.
