diff. gears
I got a slight leak out the rear differential of my 95 flareside and im gonna do a gasket on it. While i got it open im thinking of doing gears in it. i have no idea about all the gear ratios n **** but all im looking for is nuhting crazy just a noticeable diff in performance. if anyone has done this or knows anything about gear ratios deffinetely let me know. thnx.

never mind on the gear ratios. i called the dealer and got the info. if anyone cars there 2:7.3s

If they are 2.73's, no wonder you want more performance! 3.55 is the most common ratio and even that is inadequate with the 5.0/E4OD if you put on oversize tires. What engine/trans do you have?
